Very unpleasant visit/appointment. Rather than go into specific details, I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND for people to verify with your insurance what is covered or not covered. Ask for an itemization of the treatment plan items and verify with your insurance. Also, ask if an item is the only option available because I caught one item that I was told was not covered by my insurance, when in fact it was, just not the "type" they listed - but I was not initially told there were options. Just be careful before you agree to your treatment plan.

First time here and honestly the gentleman in the front who checked me in made the process easy. Dr. David explained things to me and used the xrays to explain the treatment plan. The young lady who helped me with explaining my benefits also very polite.
